RETURNS POLICY (Unlimited Lights LLC)

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Unlimited Lights LLC through https://www.selfluminousexitsign.com/.

Customers returning unopened items within 30 days of delivery of the product(s) may request a refund minus a restocking fee. Unlimited Lights LLC will not accept returns for products arriving in opened or damaged containers, or for damaged items. All returns must be preapproved and require a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number.

Return shipping: Return shipping will only be prepaid if the customer received an incorrect item or a damaged product (subject to the Damage Claims policy below).

Restocking Fee

The refund amount is determined by deducting a 40% restocking fee from the total amount of the goods sold. Returned items are subject to inspection to confirm eligibility (including condition and packaging).

Unlimited Lights LLC reserves the right to consider all sales final after 30 days, and there is no provision for return past 30 days.

Damage Claims

All damage claims must be claimed within the first 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Photos are required to initiate a claim (including photos of the product and the packaging).

Custom / Made-to-Order Items

Orders containing custom manufactured goods are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, provided the goods are not defective. The list of custom manufactured goods includes (but is not limited to): custom-worded exit lights, specified grade lights and exit signs, inverters, heavy-duty battery packs, and other thermoplastic items manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

All “made to order” and special use signs are non-refundable (including all tritium signs and most hazard location signs).

Refund Timing & Method

Customers will receive refunds in approximately four weeks after delivering return packages to the shipper and after the returned items are received and processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing/posting time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider, including Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email sales@unlimitedlights.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to return the item(s) in accordance with the Returns Policy (including restocking fees and return conditions).

Who May Return

Items cannot be returned by someone who did not place the order—only the person who originally placed the order may request a return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email sales@unlimitedlights.com.  We will provide an RMA number and the return address. We will notify you via email regarding the refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
