Overview
The state of Illinois has stricter requirements for exit signs than most states. This is due to Chicago's increased emergency fixture regulations, which change drastically as you go to the outlying corn country towns of Effingham, Naperville and Decatur. So we developed the Illinois self luminous exit sign as a state-wide approved sign solution.
The SL-IL has a standard red stencil with enlarged 'exit' lettering to meet the Chicago Building Department's 8" x 1/2" font requirement. They have an anodized aluminum housing to meet the Windy City's durability mandates as well.
Illinois self luminous exit signs are great for Chicago's many theaters and is Class II Division 1 applicable for grain elevators and storage units.

Options
Single or Double-Faced - standard units have a single side and back-mounting bracket. Select double-sided signs with edge or top mounting plate for multiple exits and T-junction halls.
Frames - select black, bronze or white outer frame.
Housing - choose ABS thermoplastic or vandal-proof housing. Normal housing is die-cast aluminum.
Swivel Pendant Kits - for high sloped ceilings. Select 12", 24", 36", or 48" pendants.
