Overview
One of the most widely-used fixtures in our shipping, heavy industry and major cities like Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania self luminous exit sign is approved for use across our great state. The SL-PA requires no electricity to operate, instead using a naturally glowing gas called tritium that will last for 10 or 20 years depending on the model.
Because Pennsylvania self luminous exit signs aren't electrical, they are widely used in Pittsburgh manufacturing plants, in Class I, II and III Hazardous Locations, as outlined by the NEC 500. This also makes them waterproof and highly resistant to corrosion so they are perfect for our ferries and shipping along the Erie Canal.

Single or Double-Faced - choose either a single or double sided model. Each comes with an applicable mounting bracket.
Frames - choose black, bronze or white outer frame.
Housing - select custom ABS thermoplastic or sloped vandal-proof housing. If no option is chosen, you will receive the standard brushed-aluminum housing.
Swivel Pendant Kits - to hang from high or angled ceilings. Available in 12", 24", 36", or 48" pendants.
